How far ahead do I need to sign up? (Cutoff dates)
Sign up — or send any changes — by the cutoff below. Every card mails 10 days before the occasion. Cards going to Alaska or outside the U.S. mail 16 days early, so their cutoff is 6 days sooner.
Missed a cutoff? You're not out of luck — your grandchild simply starts with the next occasion on the calendar.
Do I write the message inside each card?
No — we write a warm, age-appropriate message for every card, so there's nothing for you to do. Each one is signed the way you choose (Nana & Pop-Pop, Grandma & Grandpa, and so on) and personalized with anything you share about your grandchild, like nicknames or interests.
What if my grandchild's address changes?
Just send the new address through the contact form any time before the next card is scheduled to go out — no charge to update it.
Can I add more grandkids later?
Yes — sign up each grandchild with the form above and mention any existing plan so we can apply the sibling rate.
How and when do I pay?
Right after you submit the sign-up form, you'll go to Stripe's secure checkout to pay by card. Your plan is billed once a year and renews automatically on the same date you signed up. Stripe emails you a receipt each time.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, any time — send us a note through the contact form before the next occasion's cutoff and we'll pause, adjust, or cancel the plan, no questions asked. If you cancel, your plan simply won't renew on its next yearly date.
